Admitted I was wrong about fluoride after reading the Cochrane review

For years I chalked fluoride conspiracies up to internet noise. Then I dug into the Cochrane Library's 2015 analysis covering 107 studies. The evidence on preventing cavities was solid, but the kicker was the difference between fluoridated community water and topical treatments. I still question dosage levels, but I can't deny the data any more. Anyone else flip after checking primary sources like that?
