That Tuesday in August when the pour almost went sideways on a 2,400 sq ft slab in Gary
We had a 2,400 sq ft warehouse slab in Gary, Indiana last month and the ready mix truck showed up 45 minutes late with a batch that was already starting to set up in the chute. My lead finisher looked at it and just said "we're gonna have to move fast or this whole thing is junk" so we ended up power troweling in shifts and barely got it done before dark. Has anyone else had a mix come in that hot and what did you do to save it?
