I spent a decade cleaning dust from PCs with canned air before a client in Denver asked why I never just took the whole thing outside.

Indoor snow globes" is the perfect way to put it. I did that exact thing for way too long. Robinson.reese is right, you just get stuck in a routine. Taking it outside is a total game changer, no more dust settling back on everything.

Oh man, that hits close to home. I feel for you, and @beth_anderson is totally right about the indoor blizzard. It's one of those things you just don't question until someone points it out.
