I finally saw a repair shop in Dayton that still keeps a binder of every machine it touches
Stopped by a small shop on Wayne Ave in Dayton last month to drop off a dead PSU for a client, and the owner pulled out a binder going back to 2009. Every machine, handwritten, with the serial and what got swapped. He said it saved him twice when the same tower came back with a different owner. Anyone else still keep paper records, or is that just a dying habit at this point?
