Rant: lost comms 130 feet down in the Gulf when my surface radio just died mid-bell run
The tender had to bang on the bell with a wrench to get my attention, and we sat there for 11 minutes waiting on a spare box, so what is everyone running for a backup comms setup that does not eat up deck space?
