I'm about to lose it with these weekend warriors on jet skis right over our job site.

Try putting up some bright buoys or markers around the site, I mean it usually makes people steer clear. Idk if you've talked to the marina or local cops, but they might help spread the word. Maybe it's just me but sometimes a loud whistle or air horn can get their attention from a distance. If it keeps up, you might need to report it as a safety hazard, especially if they're getting too close.

That sounds incredibly frustrating when people don't respect the boundaries! Bright buoys are a solid idea, they've worked wonders at my local dock. Once, some kids kept zooming too close until we put up those big yellow floats. Involving the marina or cops makes sense, they can help enforce the rules. A loud whistle might startle them but it gets the point across. Really hope things calm down for you out there!
