Spent 6 hours at my local shop in Dallas on free comic book day and watched a 9 year old school a grown man on X-Men
Last Saturday I hit up the FCBD at my usual spot in Dallas and the line wrapped around the block by 9am. The best part was a kid maybe 9 going toe to toe with a guy in his 40s about whether Jean Grey or Emma Frost is the better telepath, and the kid actually pulled out panels to back it up. Has anyone else seen the newer fans coming in way more prepared than some of us old heads?
