Serious question, how did we survive before back issue bins were organized by character?

I used to dig through this massive unmarked longbox at a shop in Austin for 2 hours every Saturday, now I just walk to the 'Spider-Man' section and pull what I need in 10 minutes, but I swear I miss the hunt even though my back doesn't, has anyone else felt this weird trade-off?

And now I'm genuinely annoyed when the shop rearranges my section, like I own it or something. Honestly though, the back pain was half the fun, the other half was pretending I was some kind of comic archaeologist. Guess I'll just have to settle for being a very organized retiree.
