Just found out the original Action Comics #1 cover was colored by a 17-year-old kid working for $15 a week.

I mean, how many times have you seen a story like that and felt kind of behind? It feels like we're all comparing our normal jobs to these crazy online wins now. Maybe it's just me, but that comparison makes regular work seem less important, even though it pays the bills for almost everyone. It's like we forget that building a life usually happens slowly, not from one big viral moment.

Yeah but that's not a normal case. Most teens aren't making viral videos for a living. Comparing a one in a million internet success to a regular job isn't really fair. That pizza delivery money is real, steady work. Relying on going viral is like hoping to win the lottery. It's way more common to build something solid over time.
