Unpopular opinion: I stopped using red and green in my charts and a coworker in Denver thanked me
I used a red/green pass-fail chart in our weekly report for about two years until a teammate in Denver mentioned he could not tell which rows failed. Last month I switched to a check mark and an X plus labels, and he found a wrong row in under a minute on the first try. What simple swap worked for you?
