Serious question, who at the DMV thought red and green dots on the new forms were a good idea?
I was at the DMV on Spring Street a couple weeks ago renewing my license and the clerk slid a form across the counter with two little colored dots on it, one red and one green. She pointed at the green dot and said sign next to this one, and I honestly could not tell which dot she meant. I asked her to point with the pen and she gave me a look like I was being difficult. Now I bring a black Sharpie and underline stuff myself before I hand anything over. Does anyone else just assume every form in this town is built for people who see colors a certain way?
