Serious question, red and green LEDs on my treadmill almost made me fall off
I train clients at a gym in Sacramento and last month I was on the treadmill doing my own cardio when the screen started flashing a red light on a green background. I could not tell what the numbers meant because both lights looked the same shade to me, so I just guessed my speed and almost tripped. I picked red and green because that is what the machine shipped with, but now I wish I had a model with blue and orange instead. Has anyone swapped out indicator lights on gym gear or other equipment, and did it actually help?
