Rant: Color-coded forms are a nightmare for my cousin

He could not tell which fields were required on a website. Adding simple icons next to the text fixed the problem right away.

Read that color-only required fields are a huge accessibility problem, icons help.

Yeah @the_tyler, it's scary how many sites still do this when you know someone who relies on those cues...
