I finally saw the difference after a team member redesigned our store's checkout screen

We switched from red and green buttons for approve and decline to adding text labels and shape differences and the guy who was ordering the wrong items stopped making mistakes completely within 2 weeks, has anyone else seen that kind of quick change after fixing a color issue?

Oh yes, we saw the same thing after adding shape differences to our warehouse picking labels.
