Delivering a package to a new apartment complex and the unit numbers were just colored tiles, no text. Guy at the door was totally lost.

Was the color coding explained anywhere? Like a key in the lobby or on the lease? Seems like a huge oversight if they expect delivery drivers and guests to just guess.
