Warning: that $80 color calibration card set from Amazon threw off every print job I did for 2 weeks

The reds came out muddy and the skin tones went orange, and it took me a while to realize the cards were printed with a cheap CMYK process that shifted after a week in my sunny office in Phoenix, so has anyone else had luck with a specific brand that actually holds its values?
