Swapped my warm LED bulbs for daylight ones in my shop today

I always used warm 2700K bulbs for my paint mixing area because I thought it felt cozy, but after a customer complained about a color match being off I switched to 5000K daylight bulbs... The same batch of paint looked completely different under the new lights and now my matches are spot on every time. Has anyone else had a lighting change mess with their perception of a color mid-project?

Oh man, that's rough. I had a similar thing happen when I painted my kitchen "greige" and it looked straight up pink under old warm bulbs. Switched to daylight and it was a totally different color, had to redo the whole thing. It's wild how much the lighting tricks your eyes without you even realizing it.
