I was picking a palette for a cafe menu and my friend said the brown looked like 'muddy coffee water'...

Now I'm stuck between keeping the natural, earthy feel or switching to a brighter color that might feel less authentic but more appetizing, so what would you do for a local coffee shop's branding?
