Had to pick between warm and cool grays for a mural background last week

I went with cool grays because the client's logo has blue undertones, and it ended up making the whole wall feel more balanced. Has anyone else struggled with choosing undertones for big flat areas like that?

Oh man, that's a classic dilemma! I've had to make that call a few times and cool grays are almost always safer when there's any blue or silver in the branding. It's wild how a slightly warm gray can clash with cool blues and throw off the whole room vibe.

Buddy of mine painted his whole home office a warm gray without checking the company logo first. Spent a whole weekend repainting after his boss joked it looked like the lobby of a mismatched hotel chain.
