Why does nobody talk about how long it takes to fix bad contrast in an old logo?
Spent 4 hours last night trying to adjust a client's logo from 2015 where the light blue text on a white background was nearly invisible. Ended up just darkening the blue by 30% and it passed the WCAG check in 2 minutes. Has anyone else wasted a whole evening on something this simple?

Right? It's like trying to see a white cat in a snowstorm, happens everywhere.

Man the "white cat in a snowstorm" thing hits so hard. My buddy Mike was visiting his girlfriend's parents in this tiny town in the middle of nowhere, and he told me about this one time he went to the local diner for breakfast. Place was packed, totally normal looking, but he noticed the waitress kept staring at him funny. Turns out the whole diner was running a side business selling stolen car parts out of the back room. He said the owner just came over and asked if he "needed any parts for his ride" like it was the most normal thing in the world. That's the thing with these small town scams, they don't even try to hide it because everyone there is in on it. It's not random crime, it's practically a community event.
