My navy blue on brown background caused a refund request from a customer in Phoenix.

I was finalizing a menu board design at a coffee shop downtown last Tuesday and the owner squinted at it for 10 seconds before saying he couldn't tell the difference between the specials and the prices, so I had to re-print all 12 boards overnight, has anyone else had a client completely miss a color fail until it's up on the wall?

@grace926 must've ordered the clear coat option too. Just saved about $20k on paint I guess.

Is it just me or does that navy/brown combo get people every time? I once had a bakery owner swear the chalkboard letters looked perfect in the store lighting, only to get three complaints before noon the next day. It's rough when you think you've nailed it and the real world hits you with a hard no.
