I finally checked my food truck menu at noon instead of midnight, and the yellow on white vanished in the sun
I was standing at my truck on a bright Saturday in Fresno and a guy squinted at my specials board and asked if the price was $4 or $9, so now I test every menu color combo outside at noon with my phone on max brightness, and I'm wondering what lighter text colors you all trust against a white board in direct sun.
