Tried Bootstrap vs Tailwind CSS for my first real project and one just clicked better

I'm a total newbie trying to build my first portfolio site. Spent like 3 weeks going back and forth between Bootstrap and Tailwind. Bootstrap seemed easier at first with all the ready-made components. But man, every site I made looked exactly like every other Bootstrap site out there. Then I tried Tailwind and it felt way more confusing for the first 2 days. I kept watching YouTube tutorials and finally got the hang of customizing everything with utility classes. My portfolio ended up looking unique and I finished it in about 5 days after that switch. Has anyone else found one framework way harder to learn than the other for a first project?

Three weeks is way too long to spend deciding on a CSS framework for a portfolio.

spent like 3 weeks going back and forth" - that reminds me of when I was building my first gaming PC. I had a rough time deciding between getting a Radeon or Nvidia card. Ended up watching benchmark videos for like two weeks straight, and then the prices changed and I had to start all over again. Funny how we get stuck on stuff like that when there's no real wrong answer, just different paths to get to the same place.
