Stuck on a for loop for 2 hours last Tuesday, then a post it note fixed it
Last Tuesday I sat at my kitchen table in Columbus with my laptop and just stared at a for loop that kept printing the wrong numbers, and I felt so dumb. I finally wrote the loop out by hand on a post it note with arrows for each step, and boom, I saw I was counting from 1 instead of 0. Do you all trace your code on paper when you get stuck, or is that just a me thing?
