I used to print every single value in my code to find bugs, now I just pause it in the browser
Last month I spent two hours adding print statements in my Python script to figure out why a list was coming out empty. A friend watched me for five minutes and told me to try the debugger in VS Code instead. I set a breakpoint on line 12, ran it, and saw the variable was None right away. I had no idea you could just hover over a variable and see its value instead of printing it. Has anyone else avoided debuggers for way too long because they seemed confusing at first?
