Tool probe collision wrecked my morning shift in Toledo
My Renishaw probe smacked into a soft jaw I forgot to clear from the tombstone around 7am, and it bent the stylus tip into a pretzel. Replaced it with a spare, but now I'm second guessing every manual tool change before the cycle starts. Anyone else run a quick dry run after a probe hit or just trust the offset reset?

Around 9am I dry ran a whole setup twice and still smacked a vise handle into an indicator, so my vote is run it once and then mentally argue with yourself for the rest of the shift.
