This was maybe 12 weeks into my first gig running a vertical mill. I asked him if I should hit the edges with a file and he waved me off, said the shipping guys would never notice on a Friday rush. Two weeks later the customer sent back the whole run and my boss had to eat the return freight plus a rework bill. I spent the next three days with a hand file at my bench fixing every single one. Now I want to hear from you guys, do you deburr every part or only the ones the print calls out?
