Did I really run 500 parts with the wrong tool offset the whole time?

Been running this job for a week, making these aluminum brackets for a local shop in Cleveland. Noticed the finish looked a little off but figured it was just the material. Then the next shift guy walked over and pointed out my tool 4 offset was like .015 too deep. Had been compensating with comps and making way more scrap than I needed to. Anyone else have that moment where you realize you've been doing some basic setup thing wrong for way too long?
