Used to pick Pantone colors by eye, now I borrow the shop's fan deck before every job

I sent a logo to print last month using "forest green" I eyed off my screen, and it came back looking like a dark teal, so the customer in Reno made me redo 500 business cards. Now I walk down to the press room and hold the actual Pantone chip next to the proof under daylight bulbs before anything gets signed. Anyone else have a color that keeps fooling them on screen?
