Overheard a graphic designer say 'I just eyeball the margins' and almost spit out my coffee
They were talking about a 5000 piece brochure run for a dentist office in Cleveland and I can already picture the text bleeding off every page, has anyone else had to fix someone's 'close enough' layout before it went to press?

That dentist's logo is probably floating somewhere near the gutter margin now. Bad eyeballing is like playing Jenga with someone else's money.

Dude I had to rescue a menu design once where the guy literally just dragged everything into place and called it done. Took me two hours to realign all the text boxes and margins before the printer would even look at it.
