I caught my navy logo printing as purple after a rush job at the FedEx in Dayton
I was dropping off 200 flyers for my sister's bakery opening on a Friday afternoon and the guy behind the counter said the proof looked "fine enough." I didn't check the color mode and my navy blue logo came out looking like a bruised grape on all 200 sheets. Took me a minute to figure out the file was saved as RGB, so the shop's printer read the navy way off and nobody caught it. I ended up paying $85 for the reprint out of my own pocket and now I open the file settings before I even get in the car. Has anyone found a fast way to convert a folder of files to CMYK without opening each one by hand?
