TIL the Pantone book I trusted was 8 years outdated

Spent 6 hours chasing a green that kept coming out olive in Columbus, turned out the 2016 coated guide I'd been using had shifted more than I thought, replaced it with a 2024 edition and the same formula finally printed exactly right, has anyone else had a whole color match go sideways from an old swatch book?
