My cyan count hit 14,000 pages on the shop's Epson and the color went sideways
I run a small shirt shop in Boise and my Epson F2100 crossed 14,000 pages on the cyan channel last week, and suddenly every green I mix comes out about two shades too yellow no matter what numbers I punch in. I pulled the head, ran three cleanings, even swapped in a fresh cartridge, but the nozzle check shows cyan firing thin on the left side and nothing I do brings it back to where it was six months ago. Has anyone else watched a specific channel fade out before the others, and did a new head actually fix it or am I just throwing money at a printer that's done?

Had the same fade on an older Epson where cyan just slowly died on one side while the rest looked fine, and a new head did bring it back for me. It wasn't cheap but it beat guessing on every green job. If your nozzle check is still thin after all that cleaning, the head is probably just worn out, not clogged.
