Print shop in Tulsa forced me to rethink my whole color profile setup

I was at Tulsa Print Co. last month getting a poster run and their guy said my neon green was coming out like swamp sludge because I never calibrated my monitor to the same ICC profile as their Epson. He showed me the same file on his screen and mine side by side and the difference was huge. Do you all calibrate to your print shop's profile or just trust your own settings and hope for the best?

Calibrate once and save yourself the sludge, trust me.
