My old thermal transfer labels always curled, but now I run a full reprint queue first thing each Monday
Used to waste 45 minutes every job re-leveling for curled edges, then I started pre-printing all my label stock at low heat the night before. Anyone else find that letting the media sit in a dry cabinet for 24 hours fixes the curl way better than adjusting tension?

Dry cabinets pull moisture out, but heat is what actually sets the curl.
