A client's two word folder name changed how I sort everything
Last Tuesday I was on a call with a freelance designer who handles our shop's invoices, and she said something simple: 'just name it BY-DATE.' I had 40 loose PDFs in a single desktop folder, all labeled like 'final_final_v3.' She showed me her own system, one folder per job with the date first, and honestly it took me ten minutes to redo all my files. Has anyone else had a tiny naming trick from someone else completely reset how you organize?
