Spent $400 on a home energy check and it found a huge leak

I hired a local company to do a full check on my house in Denver last month, and their thermal camera showed a massive draft around my front door frame I never knew about. Sealing it up with some weather stripping I already had cut my heating bill by almost 15% this month. Has anyone else found a simple fix that made a big difference like this?

Honestly makes you wonder about all the rental places out there. Landlords have zero reason to pay for these checks, so tenants just eat the cost. That draft around your door was probably there for years.
