Honestly, I need a smart thermostat just to remind me not to leave the oven on all day. The small stuff is where I lose the most money.

Question if it's even that big of a deal man. I mean, you turn it on, you cook something, you turn it off. It's not that complicated. Unless you're baking a turkey for 6 hours and just walk away, the gas bill from a stray oven is like a couple bucks max. Plus most modern ovens have auto shutoff timers built in anyway. Feel like we overthink this stuff when a sticky note on the fridge would fix it for free.
