Hail took out my solar panels last Tuesday, insurance fight begins

I was in Denver when the storm hit, and by the time I got home three of my fourteen panels looked like someone took a hammer to them. The installer said hail damage isn't covered under my current policy, so now I'm trying to figure out if anyone else has dealt with this and won the appeal.
