Am I the only one who thinks a napkin is not a real brief? I was sitting two tables away. He drew a circle and two lines and said "make it pop," then left before she could ask one question. She sat there for maybe 20 minutes staring at it. How do you all handle a client who thinks a sketch counts as direction?
