Rant: A bakery owner in Portland made me redo her logo 11 times because her cat did not like the shade of pink
Last week I spent 6 hours driving to meet a bakery owner in Portland who wanted her logo tweaked in person. She printed 11 versions and held each one up to her cat, claiming the cat hissed at every shade of pink except one, so I sat there while she asked the cat its opinion like it was a focus group. Has anyone else had a pet become the final approver on a project, and how do you politely tell someone their cat is not a stakeholder?
