Update: My client vanished for 3 weeks, then sent a 47 item revision list at 11pm on a Friday
So back in April I wrapped up a full brand package for a bakery owner in Denver, like 30 hours of work over 2 months, and she went totally dark on me. No replies to 4 emails, 2 texts, nothing for 3 whole weeks. Then last Friday at 11pm my phone buzzes with a PDF attached to a message that just says "here are my notes." I open it and it is 47 separate changes, including stuff like "make the logo more fun" and "can the blue be warmer." I sat there with cold coffee staring at my screen for like 20 minutes before I even replied. I ended up sending a polite email saying I would need a new quote since this was way past the 2 revision rounds in our deal. How do you all handle it when someone goes silent for weeks and then dumps a giant list like it is no big deal?
