Three rounds of revisions, then she ghosted on the invoice
Logo job for a boutique owner in Portland. Quoted $400 flat, half up front. She paid the deposit fine. Then three weeks of changes, like 14 different emails with new font ideas. Finished it, sent the final files, and nothing. Two months later I finally emailed her again. She said she 'found someone cheaper' and never paid the rest. Now I always require 50% before sending final files, no exceptions. Has anyone else had a client just vanish after the work is done?

That line about sending final files before the rest is paid hits home. Once those files leave your hands you've got zero power, she can just sit on it forever and there's not much you can do over 200 bucks. I make them pay in full before the last handoff now, even if it means holding the logo hostage for a day.
