Had a client ghost me after 4 rounds of revisions last month, still haven't been paid

I was doing a logo project for a small coffee shop in Austin. We agreed on 2 rounds of revisions up front. They kept asking for little tweaks, moving colors around, changing fonts. I let it slide because they seemed nice. After the 4th round they just stopped replying to emails and calls. That was 3 weeks ago and I'm out $600. Has anyone else dealt with clients who vanish right before payment?
