Walked into a 150-year-old Victorian in Beacon and the flue tiles looked like modern art
The homeowner had been burning creosote logs for years thinking it cleaned everything, and I had to show him the 3-inch buildup that was basically a fire waiting to happen - has anyone else dealt with people trusting those logs too much?

Yeah I used to think those logs were magical too till I saw the aftermath firsthand.
