Heard a homeowner call our work 'just dusting' on a local news segment

They were interviewing people about home maintenance costs and this guy said, 'I skip the chimney sweep, it's just dusting, I can do that.' Made me think about how we explain the creosote and blockage risks. How do you guys get across the real safety stuff without sounding like you're just trying to scare someone into a sale?

My neighbor's house had a fire start from a grease splatter on the stove that got out of control. It was just a small flare up but it caught the curtains. I mean, it happens so fast, you turn your back for a second. It's scary how one little thing can get out of hand and cause that much damage.
