Worst prep day ever ended with a delivery driver in my walk-in
Last Tuesday was supposed to be a normal prep day but everything went sideways from 6am. I had three cases of produce come in with mold, my brand new mandoline sliced my thumb on the second pepper, and then a DoorDash driver walked right into my walk-in cooler looking for a pickup. I had to explain through gritted teeth that no, we are not a Chipotle, while holding a bleeding hand over the sink. Has anyone else had a random civilian wander into their kitchen thinking it's fast food?

A customer once tried to order from my prep station (wrong restaurant, obviously).
