Overheard a line cook say something that stopped me mid-shift tonight

Ngl I was plating at the pass when one of the new guys mutters to himself, 'if the sauce breaks, just say it's rustic.' Caught me so off guard I almost dropped a hot pan in Portland, OR. Tbh that's become my new motto for any plating screwup, but I'm wondering how many of you have some dumb saying that keeps the kitchen laughing. What's the best line you've heard quietly whispered back there?

One fry cook calls burnt onions "caramelized two ways." Still not sure what that means.
