Just sold my 100th batch of house made hot sauce

I started bottling it as a side thing to use up leftover peppers, and yesterday a random customer came in and asked to buy a whole case. That's when I counted the empty bottles and realized I hit triple digits. Has anyone else had a side project just sneak up on them like that?

That customer might become a wholesale buyer some day if you keep making hot sauce.

100% agree with this. I had someone start with a single bottle at a farmer's market and now they order cases every month for their restaurant. It's wild how fast that can snowball if your stuff is good.
