Hit 500 covers solo on a Friday and I still don't know how to feel about it

Last month I ran the whole line by myself for a 500 cover night out in Austin. My sous called in sick at 2pm and the owner said just push through, so I did 14 hours straight with no break. Part of me felt proud because I kept every ticket within 12 minutes, but another part was angry that one person had to carry that weight. Was that a win for my skills or a red flag about how the kitchen is run? Has anyone else hit a big number like that and felt both things at once?
